Working Hours
Evening hours, approximately 4 PM 9 PM (20-25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Provide product and service information to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved
Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
