Description:
Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities.
Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment.
Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, input for grade appeals, etc.).
Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable.
Provide feedback to the course lead regarding the course content.
Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services.
Requirements:
Doctorate in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field required.
2+ years of practical or research experience in building Machine Learning or Deep learning models in Python, and/or R programming required.
2+ years of research or practical experience in the field of Data Science or Data Analytics required.
1+ years of teaching experience in data science, Data Analytics or Data engineering preferred.
Experience serving on doctorate dissertation committees preferred.
Experience is preferred in: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras AutoML, and AWS SageMaker.
Predictive Analytics and forecasting in different disciplines.
Experience with online teaching in higher education with working adults, preferred.
