Requirements:
Access to a device with internet capability for social media and website chat functionalities (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
Ability to work autonomously, following detailed instructions and protocols.
Commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week with a reliable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
No previous experience in chat support required; we provide all necessary training.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Location: Entirely remote, ideally for candidates in the United States.
