Position: Remote Customer Service Representative – Part-Time
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
Assisting customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and claim resolutions.
Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
