Sabeza HR (www.SabezaHR.com) is in search of a Part-Time Remote Recruiter to work on an as-needed basis. The hours will vary from 0-5 hours per week, dependent on business needs.

100% Remote Position, must be located in South Carolina for tax and employment law purposes…

Note: Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client recruiting needs. There will be periods of no work, and then work many weeks/months in a row. This part-time position is only intended to provide supplemental income – not living income.

Must be available and have flexibility to work during a typical 9am-5pm EST workday, Monday – Friday. Must be able to contact candidates same day as assigned, Monday – Friday.

ng background in recruiting, specifically; interviews, employment law related to interviewing, resume review, evaluating candidates, interview notes, recommendations, and job descriptions.

Qualifications:
• Must have 2+ years of recruiting (phone screen and interview) experience.
• Must be able to contact candidates daily Monday – Friday.
• Must be able to update ATS excel and email interview notes daily Monday – Friday.
• Must be able to work in a distraction free environment when conducting phone screens and phone interviews.
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Must be able to speak and write English fluently and professionally.
• Must be tech savvy and efficient using technology (online excel spreadsheets, edit pdf).
• Must have experience using Indeed for hiring.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
