Sabeza HR (www.SabezaHR.com) is in search of a Part-Time Remote Recruiter to work on an as-needed basis. The hours will vary from 0-5 hours per week, dependent on business needs.

Note: Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client recruiting needs. There will be periods of no work, and then work many weeks/months in a row. This part-time position is only intended to provide supplemental income – not living income.
Must be available and have flexibility to work during a typical 9am-5pm EST workday, Monday – Friday. Must be able to contact candidates same day as assigned, Monday – Friday.
ng background in recruiting, specifically; interviews, employment law related to interviewing, resume review, evaluating candidates, interview notes, recommendations, and job descriptions.
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of recruiting (phone screen and interview) experience.
Must be able to contact candidates daily Monday – Friday.
Must be able to update ATS excel and email interview notes daily Monday – Friday.
Must be able to work in a distraction free environment when conducting phone screens and phone interviews.
Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently and professionally.
Must be tech savvy and efficient using technology (online excel spreadsheets, edit pdf).
Must have experience using Indeed for hiring.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
