Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive calendars and appointments.
Oversee email management and ensure timely responses.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability during business hours (Monday to Friday), committing at least 20 hours per week.
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
In-home office setup, including a computer (Mac or PC with a webcam), a minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office.
Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Smartphone with email capabilities.
A designated quiet workspace suitable for professional tasks.
Additional Information
This position is classified as a 1099 contractor role.
The pay range is (18 – )21 per hour, based on experience and skills, with payment issued monthly based on contracted hours.
Background checks may be required prior to contract issuance.
