Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize executive calendars and appointments.
• Oversee email management and ensure timely responses.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during business hours (Monday to Friday), committing at least 20 hours per week.
• Previous experience in an administrative support role.
• In-home office setup, including a computer (Mac or PC with a webcam), a minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Smartphone with email capabilities.
• A designated quiet workspace suitable for professional tasks.

Additional Information
• This position is classified as a 1099 contractor role.
• The pay range is (18 – )21 per hour, based on experience and skills, with payment issued monthly based on contracted hours.
• Background checks may be required prior to contract issuance.
• Participation in E-Verify is part of the employment process.
