Key Responsibilities
Manage executive appointments and calendars
Handle email management and organization
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
Oversee social media management
Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes
Research technologies and make recommendations
Administer CRM tasks including updates and data entry
Arrange travel, including flights, car rentals, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations
Assist with project coordination and event planning
Provide support for personal tasks as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week
Experience in an administrative support role
Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Smartphone with email capabilities
Designated professional and quiet workspace
Additional Information
This is a 1099 contractor role
Pay ranges from (18 to )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payment is made monthly based on contracted hours, with no guaranteed hours or clients
