Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour
50-cent raise after 90 days
Sign-on bonuses at 90 days and 180 days

Responsibilities
Ensure and arrange coverage with direct support professionals
Provide at-home care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Offer person-centered support, helping clients achieve their goals and providing emotional assistance
Work on weekends, typically from 4:00 pm, Friday to 9:00 am, Monday
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Satisfactory background check and drug test
Completion of certification requirements as necessary
Eligibility for employment in the United States
Experience with DSP work and habilitation preferred
