Description:
Effectively utilize Project Management skills to manage concurrent efforts in service delivery
Provides credible process design consulting and procedure documentation across all types of Property Casualty and Employee Benefit Operations
Act as the primary point of contact in coordinating client communication
Support Business Development and/or Service Delivery in relevant client meetings and communications
Identify trends in service delivery to be proactive in client service delivery management
Develop and deliver both internal and external client Executive Level presentations as needed
Incorporate Voice of the Client and feedback into improving the client experience
Seek Win/Win solutions for service delivery which meets the best interest of client and ReSource Pro
Partners with sales in developing strategic account management plans and revenue growth opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; master’s preferred
10 + years’ experience… in P&C and/or Employee Benefits insurance industry either in the MGA/RGA and/or carrier space
10+ years’ in a customer facing role
5+ years’ in an operational leadership role
Experience in leading change management and planning cultural transformations
Extremely high degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to professionals at all levels
Confident public speaking skills
Ability to foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different countries, time zones, and business areas
Escalation and conflict management skills
