We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Records Data Entry Specialist at Human Touch Home Care. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient information in our electronic medical records system.
Responsibilities…
Enter patient demographic and clinical information into the electronic medical records system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with organizing and filing patient documentation
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely record keeping
Provide support for billing and insurance verification processes as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or medical records management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
