Description:
• Remote is looking for a visionary, strategic thinker to work directly with the Chief People Officer and People leadership team to continue building, driving, and shaping the strategy of the People team.
• This role will enhance the employee experience and drive business performance as part of shaping the future of work.
• Facilitating internal processes by tracking and managing plans for the People department.

Requirements:
• Experience in a strategic role supporting C-Suite executives including CPO.
• Experience working closely with a People leadership team within a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience in a strategic people role aligning HR strategies to business goals.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into insights that drive and inform People strategy.
• Ability to bring structure to quantitative and qualitative insights and making data-driven decisions.
• High degree of ownership in helping frame and influence strategic decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive results with senior leadership.
• Proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners to solve hard problems.
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new things.
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communicator.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• It’s not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
