About Cup of Thoughts Therapy

Our mission is to support moms with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD) and provide a safe space during the therapy process.
Were passionate about providing support to new moms, experienced moms, and healing through a perinatal loss. The PMAD work we do includes depression, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, and recognizing psychosis. At times, assessing safety and making a decision for a higher level of care will be necessary.
