Title: Pharmacy Call Center Representative
Duration: 6 months Temp to Hire
Location: Remote (must live within 100 miles of the pharmacy at 5101 Jeff Commerce Drive Louisville KY for office visits if needed)
Potential Start Date: 8/19/2024
Key Requirements:
Pharmacy and call center experience required.
At least 3 years of strong customer service experience.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
Must be able to work independently and be open to cross-training.
Good attendance is essential.
Responsibilities:
Interface with customers and company representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Track status of equipment returns repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Schedule field service repair calls and manage requests for additional company materials.
Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product updates, and resolve return credit issues.
Follow routine assignments with detailed instructions.
Enter accurate information and handle data entry for multiple programs.
Occasionally manage inbound/outbound calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Cover My Meds policies.
Work a flexible schedule as needed.
