What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist high net worth clients in booking travel arrangements
– Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and online travel tools to communicate with suppliers
– Ensure clients receive the best rates, benefits, and service in the market
– Implement industry-leading sales tactics to increase commissions growth
– Resolve customer complaints through excellent service and proper resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
– At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel
– At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
– Adaptability, multitasking, and strong attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
– 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency
– 5+ years experience booking and coordinating luxury accommodations
– 5+ years of experience with Global Distribution System (GDS)
