What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams
Oversee production workflow and procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards
Communicate consistently across all teams, identifying and escalating risks to the leadership team
Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards
Build and maintain process documentation, ensuring quality controls are in place
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management
Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency
