What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Monitor, measure, and analyze product and process performance results to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Collect, enter, and track trending data, analyzing it and preparing meaningful reports
Conduct audits and quality inspections of products, services, and processes
Collaborate with management to review trends and develop corrective action plans
Assist in maintaining training plans and facilitating training sessions as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government SECRET clearance
Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel
High level of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience or a BS Degree with related experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Visa Processing and/or Quality Control
6 years of otherwise-related experience in a relevant field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated professional work ethic
