Maintain department standard audit error rates and not ready time of 25% or less
Schedule appointments accurately for the assigned queue while providing exceptional customer service
Adhere to the employer’s attendance policy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls effectively
Strong attention to detail in registration processes
Commitment to maintaining customer service excellence

Previous experience in a healthcare or related service environment
