Role… Summary
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our team by attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with our leadership and department managers to understand staffing needs, design role-specific strategies, and streamline the recruitment process from start to finish. Your expertise in recruitment will not only fill positions but also contribute to our culture of success and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with department heads to craft detailed job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
Employ effective recruitment methods and tools to source talented individuals.
Manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms.
Conduct thorough screenings to select qualified candidates.
Organize and participate in interview sessions alongside managers and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interviewing process.
Work with HR and departmental teams during the offer phase, recommending competitive salary packages and other job specifics.
Uphold all recruitment policies and practices, ensuring they meet legal standards and organizational values.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to showcase opportunities within our organization.
Handle additional tasks related to recruitment as needed.

No supervisory duties are included in this role.
Educational And Experience Requirements
A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful hiring and talent management.
