What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate the hiring process in accordance with employer policies and compliance with the affirmative action plan
Develop recruitment and retention plans in consultation with hiring authorities
Screen, interview, and refer qualified applicants to hiring authorities
Represent the employer at recruitment events on local, regional, and national levels
Analyze key Talent Acquisition statistics and trends to assist in data-driven human resource decisions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, health, or a related field required, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
Two to four years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources
Strong analytical decision-making skills
Required proficiency in MS Office applications
In-depth knowledge of recruitment systems and processes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources
Familiarity with affirmative action plans and compliance requirements
Ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Experience in conducting training related to employment processes
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various levels of leadership
