What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards
Respond to inbound candidate applications and qualify them for potential openings
Maintain internal databases with accurate candidate/prospect information
Develop and maintain relationships with internal sales and recruiting teams
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of professional customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel during strike events
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the healthcare industry
Experience with a Salesforce CRM
Ability to establish and maintain effective public and working relationships
