What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage current and future job openings across an assigned region
Build applicant sources and candidate pipelines by researching community resources, databases, and colleges
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate all interviews between hiring managers and candidates
Create offer letters, extend job offers, and coordinate start dates and paperwork for new hires
Provide recruitment reports to team managers, including hiring metrics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university
2-4 years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary roles
Strong recruitment and interviewing skills, including targeted selection interviewing
Knowledge of local and federal regulations and employment law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
