ODesign Productions & Consulting (ODesign) is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Relationship Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ODesigns growth. S/he has proven creative, innovative, and strategic skills to reach and exceed sales goals. S/he can multi-task and manage many leads/relationships while effectively working and building a company client base. S/he is… extremely detailed oriented and self-motivated, meeting and exceeding all position goals and deadlines while working effectively with company teams and the company owner. This is a work-from-home position within Colorado with upwards of 50% travel, reporting directly to the company owner.

Three – Four years of sales and client involvement and interaction is a must and 50% travel will be required for face-to-face sales opportunities. Youre an amazing multi-tasker who loves staying organized and has a strong track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines and expectations while remaining flexible to change and challenges. You have experience leveraging internal management and organization software platforms. You are a self-motivator that does not require constant management oversight while thriving in a work-from-home environment. You will need to be experienced in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, and FloDesk (or other email campaign software), while offering solid writing and editing skills.
Key areas of responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sales Lead Management & Development
Developing and executing solid and effective client relationships
Multiple lead tracking, follow up, administration and organization of clients
Professional and relatable communications (email, calls, in person meet & greets, etc.)
Effective and informative note taking and organization of clients / sales pipeline movement
Solid execution and management of all projects with approximate management of time between sales, networking, and travel.
Heavily active with sales development and event growth as well as client integrations and management.
Establish new client and business leads while maintaining existing relationships.
Establishing and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Work with the Event Management team for the effective flow of information and company processes.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Travel to beginning days of events to meet clients in person, introduce vendors, create excitement and trust in ODesign
50% travel / 2-3 days at a time / 2-3 times per month
Collaboration with the Marketing Relationship Specialist to create:
Fluid, effective, and impactful marketing and sales campaigns strategically created and implemented throughout the year while establishing long-term efforts and goals.
Strategic development of and tactical execution of creative promotions, campaigns, sales efforts, communications, and visual promotions.
Establish and implement innovative promotional opportunities and campaigns from conception to fruition.
Work, update, interact, and maintain company social media and website.
Collaborate in the creation and management of marketing and sales promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, newsletters, ad campaigns, email, and web).
Provide ideas/needed areas to create advertising media, such as print ads, brochures, and displays.
Mandatory Skills
Intermediate or higher knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Office products Mandatory
