Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities…
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales teams.
Build marketing assets in Canva, Miro and on other data-visualization platforms.
Onboarding new Retailer accounts, which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Building Sales and Performance Reports in Excel and Canva, using data organization and visualization best practices.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller platforms
Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Performing online research and organizing findings.
Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva for light graphic design work (samples of Canva projects required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive.
Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana and Trello.
Strong grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to draft professional communications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role or providing administrative support to sales teams.
Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
Strong attendance record and commitment to consistency in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative, project support, or sales team support roles.
Intermediate to advance proficiency with spreadsheets.
Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with a remote team.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must be available during business hours starting at 7AM Arizona time zone.
