Arranging new account setups and frequency changes.
Reading contracts.
Configuring pricing increases and monthly fees.
Auditing invoices.
Following up with customers and verifying sales and contractual details.
Must be able to sign a WFH agreement that they will be operating in a quiet workplace free of distractions, and that this is not a replacement for childcare.
Must be able to be on-camera for some meetings.
Required Skills
Must have attention to detail, critical thinking, and great time management skills.
Must be able to use a phone and feel comfortable with making multiple calls throughout the day.
Must be able to prioritize well.
Must be able to perform data entry.
Software Skills
Excel: Complex formulas are possible; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
Must be able to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items.
Education and Experience
Project experience highly preferred.
Customer service experience preferred but not necessary, can be used in combination with project experience to determine years of experience range.
Must have experience working with Excel.
