Job Requirements
• Submitting contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file.
• Revenue-based…
• Arranging new account setups and frequency changes.
• Reading contracts.
• Configuring pricing increases and monthly fees.
• Auditing invoices.
• Following up with customers and verifying sales and contractual details.
• Must be able to sign a WFH agreement that they will be operating in a quiet workplace free of distractions, and that this is not a replacement for childcare.
• Must be able to be on-camera for some meetings.

Required Skills
• Must have attention to detail, critical thinking, and great time management skills.
• Must be able to use a phone and feel comfortable with making multiple calls throughout the day.
• Must be able to prioritize well.
• Must be able to perform data entry.

Software Skills
• Excel: Complex formulas are possible; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Must be able to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items.

Education and Experience
• Project experience highly preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred but not necessary, can be used in combination with project experience to determine years of experience range.
• Must have experience working with Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
