Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support for Apple desktops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of Apple software.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 – $45 per hour

Job Requirements

Basic Educational Requirements
