Skills
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting and conflict resolution abilities
Flexibility to work varied hours and be on-call as needed
Knowledge of Emergency Management systems (E911, MWN, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities
Support the operation and maintenance of Defense EM Mass Warning Notification, E-911, and Audio Visual Notification Systems
Provide timely incident management services, adhering to SLA metrics
Document and troubleshoot technical questions and incidents from Emergency Responders
Address issues related to system performance, security incidents, and access problems
Train end-users on self-service resolution steps
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Systems Administration teams
Analyze and report on Service Level Performance against agreed SLAs
Administer and maintain the ticket management tool
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
Security+ CE certification (must be willing to obtain after starting)
Demonstrated experience with Service Delivery and Incident Management processes
Willingness to work 3rd shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Limited travel may be required (0 – 4 times per year)
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
IT Service Management or related certifications are a plus
Experience Requirements
Familiarity with Emergency Management systems is preferred
Experience in IT service management and incident management processes
