In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the preparation and analysis of financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working days and hours tailored to your personal schedule. Although currently office-based, there is potential for transitioning to a hybrid or fully remote arrangement after an initial training period of three months.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct bookkeeping and bank reconciliation for a variety of clients.
• Analyze and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare, submit, and ensure timely payment of monthly and quarterly sales tax reports.
• Innovate and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the CPA to ensure effective communication of client information.

Required Skills
• Prior experience in accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is crucial.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel at a moderate level is required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is essential.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
