Must-Haves
Valid certification as a Pharmacy Technician
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience handling 40-50+ adherence-related calls daily
Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a remote working environment
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to address patient cases identified through risk stratification algorithms.
Obtain and document health and contact information, schedule patient appointments, and resolve medication-related issues to improve patient engagement.
Address inbound customer support requests, providing accurate and timely information while preparing and mailing correspondence as needed.
Work closely with the Clinical Care team to ensure streamlined communication and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Engage in continuous learning to refine your skills and provide exemplary customer service and patient care.
Qualifications
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is essential
Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred
Previous experience conducting medication adherence calls strongly desired
Knowledge of medical terminology and a good grasp of medications (brand/generic)
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus
