Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to determine appropriate insurance products.
Present and explain various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.
Customize insurance plans to fit individual client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage client accounts, process policy changes, and handle customer inquiries.
Remain informed on product updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and company performance goals.
Requirements:
Proven and solid experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Active insurance license(s) in the state(s) you intend to operate.
Knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, and home).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
