Key Responsibilities:

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or departments when necessary.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
