Responsibilities…
Helping customers with registration
Assist with hotel reservations
Answering questions about events and conferences
Engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email while delivering the best service possible.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service (At least 1-3 years)
Good multitasking skills
Positive and professional attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with using various software and web browsers
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Active listening and showing empathy
Able to handle a busy workload and multiple demands
Dependable and punctual for all shifts
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
Minimum Education – High school diploma or GED.
