Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating to higher levels when necessary
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to best assist customers
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping people
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
PAY RANGE : $20.19 – $31.71 Hourly – Full Time
