What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
Manage customer accounts and offer technical support
Enter application data accurately
Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Personal laptop or desktop computer required for training
Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Spanish bilingual proficiency
Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a call center
