Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a remote customer service representative.
Duties…
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
– Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures to provide consistent service
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
– Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
