What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Processing billing calls and investigating meter read requests
Handling emergency calls and processing customer move-ins
Routing escalated customer issues for resolution
Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements
Meeting individual deadlines and team goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of customer service experience
Computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
Utility experience
Advanced computer skills
Ability to type 60-65 WPM
