What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS
Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional service across diverse clientele
Utilize CRM tools such as Zendesk to manage customer interactions effectively
Follow client policies and guidelines while maintaining objectivity in communications
Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and handle customer communications
Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Zendesk or other CRM tools
Familiarity with customer service best practices in various industries
Previous experience working in a fully remote environment
Ability to show empathy and maintain a positive attitude in customer interactions
Experience in a customer support role within the tech, e-commerce, gaming, or entertainment sectors
