dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of

contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving

issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Window PC or Laptop: Operating 10 or 11
• USB Port and Headset
• Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN)/ mini 30 mbps download / mini 10 mbps upload)
• Memory: 12GB of Ram
• Dual Monitors and webcam (Required)
