Key Responsibilities
Precisely input data into our systems based on provided images
Recognize and classify various document types
Verify and review data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality
Safeguard personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Engage professionally with colleagues as necessary
Propose enhancements for workflow processes
Complete assigned tasks punctually and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work productively
Self-motivated individual capable of maintaining focus and managing multiple assignments
Quick to learn with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required
Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation And Benefits
Competitive pay of $12 per hour
Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
