What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department
– Obtain, organize, and transfer documentation for legal actions for both internal and external clients
– Collaborate with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems
– Prioritize work efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
– Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative experience
– Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Proficient in Excel
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
– Strong communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in legal documentation or dispute resolution processes
– Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a legal context
– Previous experience working in a multi-functional team setting
– Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
