Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
