Key Responsibilities
Accurately create and update client accounts
Verify and maintain the integrity of client profile information
Process online bidder approvals and requests efficiently
Generate comprehensive reports, manage shipping instructions, and facilitate client communications
Maintain and update mailing list records
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax data
Collect and manage client survey feedback
Assist with various duties as needed
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
Qualifications
