Key Responsibilities
Design and execute innovative and engaging educational experiences aligned with our curriculum and standards.
Assist children in achieving developmental milestones while supporting their progress in observations and remote learning activities.
Create a secure and compassionate environment for children and their families.
Oversee activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all children under our supervision.
Maintain open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to effectively address individual needs.
Required Skills
Familiarity with child development principles.

Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued.
Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus.
Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians regarding child development and education.
