What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the Director of Business Operations in daily tasks and client management
Manage communication and coordination between clients’ upper management and employees
Oversee complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for clients
Maintain detailed records in the timekeeping system and organize client communications
Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, spreadsheet creation, and event planning
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interfacing with clients
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
Associate’s degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive
