Responsibilities
Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels.

Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore all options to satisfy their needs.

Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.

Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
Requirements
2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.

Strong problem-solving skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Proven record of great attendance.

Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
