Responsibilities include:
Having conversations with customers, clients, and employees to address daily issues within and outside the organization.
Place customer//client needs as the highest priority
Provide useful advice on the product or service.
Updating account information to keep customer records current.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
