Job Description:
Tesla is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have regarding Tesla products and… services.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through live chat
– Proactively engage with customers to provide assistance and support
– Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member
– Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
– Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver exceptional customer service
– Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
– Detail-oriented and able to follow directions accurately
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in using internet and chat platforms
– No previous experience required, training will be provided
