Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
Utilize knowledge base and resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems

Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and customer information
Qualifications
1-2 years of military experience in customer service, administration, or IT (or equivalent civilian experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
