As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while working from the comfort of your own remote workspace.

Requirements:
1 year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Proficiency in live chat software and technology
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $45.00 – $70.00/hour.
