What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Prior experience in a luxury call center setting
Demonstrated customer service prowess in a 5-star hotel property
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or GED
