Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- Experience in nurse education or training
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using technology for remote education
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and priorities
- Create and maintain educational materials and resources
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to nursing staff
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing education
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to nursing education

Educational Qualifications
- BSN required; MSN or higher preferred
- Certification in Nursing Education (e.g., CNE) preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a nurse educator role or similar position
